Job Summary

The position is responsible in implementing the Operational Risk Management framework and strategy by conducting awareness programs and performing end-to-end risk analysis and monitoring of assigned key Bank processes owned by the various business and support units, and managing and enhancing the ORM Solution system.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews validity of identified risks and corresponding mitigations / actions points.
  • Reviews consistency with the approved operational risk language / standard / framework.
  • Conducts an assessment of a process's operational risks and controls in place based on submitted requirements by the process owners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • At least 5 years' experience in Operational Risk Management / Compliance / Audit
  • Must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Makati.
