The Brand Manager is primarily accountable for managing the over-all growth of the Brand. His/Her key areas of responsibility include people management & strategic planning with focus on the areas but not limited to merchandising, marketing, store operations & visual merchandising.

Job Role

  • Understand the Brand – its values, business model/ structure, policies and procedures, products, customers, operational standards and ensures correct execution/ replication in local market.
  • Lead product selection for season buys and prepares Purchase Order within set budget.
  • Lead the brand marketing and merchandising team to be able to support the requirements of the store including on-time arrival and delivery of merchandise to stores, merchandise/ marketing promotions are in place for implementation in-store, feedback and analysis on merchandise, marketing/ promotions, competitor activities are provided to the Brand, merchandise flow and movement/ transfers and pricing are monitored, and coordination & collaboration with Warehouse Team and Import/Export Department
  • Lead the Store & VM teams in ensuring store operations and store /merchandise presentation/ marketing promotions are as per Brand standard
  • Achievement of brand/ business growth, sales target, and KPIs - Reviews product performance and recommends appropriate actions for effective inventory management
  • Active participation in Store Development /Planning - coordination & collaboration with Brand, Design & Construction for store set ups/opening/ renovations/closing
  • People Development - Training & Development of Team

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of BSBA, Marketing Management, and its equivalent
  • Minimum of 3+ years brand management and retail experience preferably in fashion apparel and accessories or any similar high-end brands
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Strategic thinker and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business

Salary: From Php 45,000.00 per month
