As a BI Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling the organization to unlock the full potential of its data. Your contributions will include designing and building BI solutions, developing data models and dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help enhance decision-making and ensure the company remains ahead in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user setup, access control, and permissions for BI tools.
  • Provide training, user support, and guidance for BI tools like Power BI.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for BI processes, technical requirements, and training materials.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports in Power BI, incorporating storytelling elements for clear and impactful visualizations.
  • Analyze performance metrics, interpret trends, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data acquisition, quality enhancements, and seamless BI operations.
  • Ensure adherence to data security and governance policies.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics.


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data modeling, and user management.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Adaptability and proactive work ethic.


Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other data tools.
  • Experience with cloud solutions (Microsoft Fabric, Entra ID, Power Platform).
  • Relevant certifications like Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300).
