Essential Functions
- Coordinate permitting for the company
- Review plans and opportunities from websites like The Blue Book, Dodge, and Building Connected
- Identify new potential products to carry
- Handle light project coordination by assisting project managers in ordering dumpsters, porta-potties, etc.
- Work on the bidding systems
- Use Google Workspace and Zoho CRM for data entry and communications
- A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
- Experience in a multi-client environment
- Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong organization and English communication skills
- Have a very outgoing, and engaging personality
- Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
- Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
- Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
