Role Summary

Our client is looking for an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for answering phones, occasionally across all 3 companies, but primarily for the windows and siding company.

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate permitting for the company
  • Review plans and opportunities from websites like The Blue Book, Dodge, and Building Connected
  • Identify new potential products to carry
  • Handle light project coordination by assisting project managers in ordering dumpsters, porta-potties, etc.
  • Work on the bidding systems
  • Use Google Workspace and Zoho CRM for data entry and communications

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong organization and English communication skills
  • Have a very outgoing, and engaging personality
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
