Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Commissary at The Fruit Garden located in Mandaluyong/Bulacan. The Head of Commissary will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production and processing of luxury jams, fruit purées, fillings, and juices. They will ensure that quality standards are met, production schedules are maintained, and inventory levels are sufficient.

Qualifications

  • Experience in food production, processing, and manufacturing
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with inventory management and procurement
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field
