Job Roles and Responsibilities

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) oversees the account management of his/her assigned business. He/she helps supports Operations and functional leaders in driving employee commitment and retention by managing the handling of employee concerns and grievances, employee health and security, execution and company events, activities in partnership with the Employee Experience team; promotions, enforcement of company policies and procedures, and headcount/attrition management.

Responsibilities:

  • Render high quality and proactive service to both internal and external customers, meeting both corporate and statutory requirements.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the management team on best practice in human resources management and compliance with labor laws, internal security and audit procedures in coordination with Labor Relations.
  • Work closely with the operations and functional Leaders to implement performance driven systems that encourages individual ownership of results and employee development.
  • In collaboration with the Learning and Talent Management Team, leads the assimilation of new hires to the company through effective implementation of New Employee Orientation and training requirements of the assigned business.
  • Conducts Focus Group Discussions with new team members and ensuring feedback is given to concerned functional leaders. Follows up and ensure closure of employee concerns.
  • Implement appropriate actions to raise employee satisfaction levels and ensure regular two-way feedback is undertaken with employees.
  • Review and manage attendance and attrition trends at the site level, with remedial actions taken where necessary. Helps to achieve accurate forecasting of turnover and in finding means to retain agents forecasted to leave the company.
  • Helps manage human resources policies and programs.

Job Qualifications

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Mastery of the Labor Code and other related laws
  • Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
  • Good track record in leading and managing people
  • High degree of logical and intuitive thinking
  • Ability to delegate effectively balanced with attentiveness to details
  • Good common sense, mature judgment and discretion
  • Good coaching and facilitation ability
  • Good interpersonal skills, including handling conflict
  • Organizational sensitivity
  • Good understanding of the BPO, staffing, and engineering industries
  • Can work under pressure
  • Computer skills in Google Workspace environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

EDUCATION:

  • College Degree preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or Behavioral Sciences
