YOUR TASKS:
- Help define and execute the sales strategy in collaboration with Management
- Hunt for new business, expand current business and develop the Philippines market intensively
- Develop & maintain relationships at all levels with brands and media agencies
- Collaborate with Account & Ops Manager and Creative team to respond to briefs
- Accurate pipeline management and revenue accountability
- Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Represent Wagawin in the advertising community by participating at industry events
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- A minimum of 5-8+ years of digital advertising / marketing sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising space including programmatic, display, video etc.
- Experience in consultative selling and in engaging clients in long term partnerships
- Strong knowledge of how advertisers plan, buy and measure advertising campaigns
- Strong relationships with agencies, decision makers in the Philippines market
- Independently driven, self-starter, with a “hunter” mentality
- Strong presentation, communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Analytical with proven ability to think strategically and creatively
- Ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlines
- Enjoys working in a team and is always ready to contribute fresh ideas
