DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Head of Administration role will act as the critical bridge between the Director, Operation Manager and all other levels of management, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions, streamlining internal processes, and driving improvements to enhance overall productivity and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Management: Assess potential risks in administrative operations and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Technology Integration: Oversee the implementation of new administrative tools and software to improve efficiency.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster a culture of teamwork by improving collaboration between different departments.

Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Performance Reviews: Develop and oversee performance evaluation systems to ensure continuous improvement in administrative processes.

Crisis Management: Develop and implement contingency plans for operational disruptions or emergencies.

Oversee and coordinate the operations of all departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Act as the primary liaison between the Director and departmental managers, facilitating clear communication and accountability.

Develop, implement, and refine administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Identify areas for improvement in internal workflows and lead initiatives to optimize processes.

Monitor department performance and ensure timely reporting to senior leadership.

Support strategic planning and execution of key company initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
