ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES:
We are looking for a Team Lead, Commercial who is able to lead the team by coordinating, providing guidance, and to team
members. The Team Lead, Commercial is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the team, identifying key issues and

members. The Team Lead, Commercial is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the team, identifying key issues and
patterns from partial/conflicting data, and gathering information to solve problems that are escalated by team members.
What You Will Own
Tasked with the care of a portfolio of partner accounts, you will be expected to:
- Supports team through lead assignment according to predetermined priorities.
- Track team productivity and provide periodic updates to the Assistant Manager, Commercial
- Monitor team attendance/tardiness/unscheduled leaves.
- Mentor the team through daily support and monitoring when required.
- Analyze call recordings to validate adherence to guideline/SOP, when needed to support QA.
- Create Monthly Rooster shifts for VAM.
- Create 'Absent' on Roster for VAM.
- New Joiner Onboarding Arrangement - Request Access/Hardware (when required).
- Basic report preparation.
- Sales Case Management - Ensure tagged cases are resolved within guideline/ SLA.ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE.
- 2 - 3 years experience in a client management role.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to communicate in English effectively (in both oral and written), an
- Be both data-sensitive and sales-mined.
- Excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Experience in reporting using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is an added advantage.
- Ability to work and navigate Salesforce and any other CRM tools.
- Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes.
