Oracle Philippines is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead the retention and expansion of existing customers by collaborating with NetSuite Partners. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with channel partners, and ensuring customer success through proactive engagement, strategic account management, and joint go-to-market initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Retain and expand the existing customer base by working closely with NetSuite Partners.
  • Deliver key customer engagements, including business reviews and regular touchpoints, to address and meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and manage sales channels focused on account management, ensuring partners achieve Oracle sales targets for NetSuite, particularly in retention and expansion efforts.
  • Facilitate joint selling between partners and the NetSuite team, leveraging partner relationships to increase revenue and market share.
  • Create joint go-to-market strategies and identify lead generation opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information, including revenue forecasts.
  • Educate partners on Oracle NetSuite commercial practices and articulate the value of Oracle NetSuite solutions to customers and partners.
  • Manage contracts, business practices, deal booking issues, business reviews, and other NetSuite-related concerns with both customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with program teams to plan and execute marketing events with partners.
  • Build effective account plans to support targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' businesses, strategies, and industry trends.
  • Drive business reviews and align customer goals with Oracle NetSuite solutions.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional teams to support customer engagements.
  • Maintain systems excellence, including forecasting and record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  • At least 5 years of field sales experience in the high-tech industry.
  • Experience in account management and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the Oracle NetSuite field sales cycle and partner program.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
  • Business acumen with a proactive approach to understanding customers’ business processes, strategies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with multiple stakeholders (multi-threading).
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Experience leading business reviews and creating account roadmaps.
