Job Overview
The Business Relationship Manager ensures the satisfaction of the principal by managing business relationships, gathering insights from the sales team, and delivering reports. This role involves facilitating communication, supporting operational efficiency, and driving business success while maintaining strong partnerships.
Your Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with the foreign principal, ensuring satisfaction of service quality and adherence to principal protocols.
Serve as the primary contact between the company and the principal, addressing concerns and aligning expectations.
Collaborate with sales teams to gather data on product performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Create and deliver reports summarizing sales, trends, and performance, with actionable insights.
Track KPIs and ensure alignment of Wills with the principal's goals.
Identify opportunities to improve operations based on feedback from the principal and sales teams.
Advocate for the principal’s interests within internal teams (e.g., sales, product development).
Facilitate issue resolution, ensuring timely responses to the principal’s concerns.
Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on data from sales and the principal.
Identify risks and opportunities for long-term business success.
Set up and arrange appointment to Key Accounts during principal visit.
Create Presentation during Business Review
Assure that Wills hit budget given by Principals.
What Our Client Is Looking For
Bachelor's degree in food technology, Chemistry, Business Administration, Management or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Atleast 5 years in B2B partnership management or a related field, preferably in raw material, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
Experience managing client relationships and business reporting.
Proven ability to create and analyze reports from multiple data sources.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing relationships and presenting data.
Accountable and able to manage priorities independently.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
High integrity and professionalism in representing the company and principal.
