Role Description

RLTECH is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain high-performance network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have expertise in telecommunications, broadband solutions, and Fiber to the Home (FTTH) technology. This role involves configuration, troubleshooting network issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless connectivity for our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Design, configure, and deploy network solutions, including, switches, and wireless systems.

· Maintain and optimize FTTH networks, ensuring high availability and performance.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support RLTECH’s Avasa Cloud platform and AI-driven networking solutions.

· Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, conducting root cause analysis.

· Assist in the development of network documentation, SOPs, and technical training materials.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in network engineering, preferably in telecom or broadband sectors.

· Strong knowledge of FTTx, LAN, WAN, VLAN, QoS, and security protocols.

· Hands-on experience with FTTH OLT/ONT

· Proficiency in understanding TR069 and 181

· Able to travel extensively or willing to station in a country for 2 to 3 months
