Summary: Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and publishing organic content, optimizing visual assets, and managing digital marketing campaigns for our clients across various platforms.

About the Job

Key Duties:

  • Develop, create, and publish organic social media content across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Update and review social media profiles and cover photos to ensure they remain current.
  • Edit, update, and resize images for websites and social media to ensure maximum impact.
  • Create and schedule job ads across social media for clients upon request.
  • Design and schedule engaging EDMs (Email Direct Marketing) that align with client requests, using best practices for high open and click-through rates.
  • Create and upload new website banners that are visually appealing and compliant with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct audits to ensure banners are compliant, relevant, and up to date.
  • Publish articles and content on client websites.
  • Deliver reporting to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a team lead or manager.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with technical skills in digital marketing is required.
  • Experience in client-facing communications (meetings, phone calls, email) is required.
  • University Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work experience in digital and social media marketing is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Functional knowledge and professional experience in creating and maintaining social media pages.
  • Ability to curate content in line with brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English).
  • Collaborative and process-driven mindset.
