Work Set-up: Onsite (Madrigal Business Park, Alabang)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

  • Source trade and non-trade items as requested by account managers and employees.
  • Conduct market research and evaluate supplier quotes to secure competitive pricing.
  • Use the SAP Business One System to generate and manage purchase and sales documentation.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Orders, Sales Quotations, and Delivery Documents.
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure order receipt and timely delivery.
  • Align and prepare essential customer and supplier documents, including Certificates of Completion and Acknowledgement Receipts.

Logistics

  • Prepare goods for delivery, including packing, labeling, and coordinating dispatch.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing gate passes and providing delivery instructions.
  • Monitor delivery processes to ensure on-time completion.

Accreditation

  • Verify customer and supplier credentials for compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and secure records of accreditation documents.

Importation and Exportation

  • Oversee the import/export process, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and customs documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
  • Collaborate with finance teams to manage payments of duties, taxes, and freight charges.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or relevant field.
  • With at least 1 year experience in a supply chain management role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Proficiency in sourcing strategies and negotiation tactics.
  • Familiarity with logistics and distribution practices.
  • Proficient in using SAP or similar systems for process management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player open to guidance from management.
