Your Responsibilities
- Track and analyze client interactions with the platform, focusing on content usage and engagement trends.
- Identify client behavior patterns and deliver customized content suggestions that match their interests.
- Communicate regularly with clients to update them on new content, platform features, and upcoming events via email or newsletters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Address and resolve platform-related challenges to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Gather client feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of content offerings and overall client engagement.
- 1-2 years of experience in client communication, project coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in content creation, particularly newsletters, with the ability to engage audiences.
- Ability to build relationships with clients, including executives and investors.
- Proactive problem solver with a customer-centric mindset and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze client interactions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot is a plus) and familiarity with Airtable.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
