The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Training Facilitator to lead our training programs, ensuring our global legal staff is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to thrive. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards our company is known for, ensuring seamless integration and productivity for the legal professionals we place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for legal professionals working remotely with U.S. law firms.
  • Develop learning materials, workshops, and assessments to ensure knowledge retention and application.
  • Conduct virtual training sessions covering U.S. legal processes, remote collaboration best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR and client firms to tailor training to their specific needs.
  • Stay updated on trends in legal remote work and training methodologies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a Training Facilitator, preferably in legal, corporate, or professional services training.
  • Strong knowledge of legal support roles, particularly in remote or virtual settings.
  • Excellent virtual presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop interactive learning experiences that engage and inspire.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
