As Lead Transformation Projects (Wholesale), you will develop the short and long term strategy and commercial deployment plan as well as manage the deployment and execution plans and monitor project updates and results, ensuring an efficient resource allocation, quick pivots, and execution excellence of initiatives. You will monitor and track project performance and review against business KPIs and expected ROI.
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
You must have a bachelor’s degree, and minimum of three (3) years of experience in Field Sales with experience in leading nationwide project execution/management. General Trade experience is preferred.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
- Develop, ideate, and lead Wholesale Channel Projects end-to-end through active collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Plan, coordinate, synchronize and structure experiments, tests, and roll out of Wholesale projects at National Level, in close coordination and collaboration with HQ Project and Regional Teams.
- Analyze test results rigorously and consistently check with Trade partners and Field counterparts to validate key insights gathered. Execute pivots to project design or execution based on continuous learnings and feedback collected.
- Develop and standardize test and execution reporting templates for monitoring purposes.
- Collect feedback from field sales team on digital, E-Commerce, B2B and other trade activities in the market for benchmarking or development of counter-initiatives, when necessary.
- Plan resource allocation to Wholesale Projects. Monitor utilization of budget, actualization of costs and accruals, in order to support a timely and accurate decision-making process.
