The Sourcing Manager is responsible for driving applicant flow and endorsement of quality candidates for our hiring requirements, with focus on offsite Sourcing channels. The ideal candidate will focus on targeted and cost-efficient sourcing campaigns to drive stable flow of candidates with the required English language proficiency level and tenure for both volume and specialized hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement results-oriented offsite sourcing activities both virtual and in-person to drive applications from qualified candidates at the right time for hiring requirements of Manila sites.
  2. Manage overall Sourcing operations for assigned channel including governance of productivity, data tracking, results monitoring, reporting, analysis, and insights encompassing assigned scope.
  3. Provide direction and guidance to the team, ensuring that target applications and hires are met based on committed sourcing plan and budget.
  4. Ensure the team can plan and implement sourcing and recruitment marketing initiatives that deliver results and are within estimated cost-per-hire.
  5. Create sourcing plan and budget proposal monthly based on hiring plan in partnership with the Sourcing Director.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external partners such as recruitment operations, service delivery, procurement and vendors on project and initiatives related to delivering on hiring needs.
  7. Implement process improvement through root-cause analysis to enhance operational efficiency and hiring capabilities for hiring programs within assigned site.

Qualifications

  1. With at least 5 years of experience in talent sourcing for volume and specialty account roles, preferably in BPO industry
  2. At least 3 years of experience in offsite Sourcing channels such as LGU partnerships, University linkages, PESO and TESDA, and Job Fairs.
  3. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data synthesis and analysis) is required
  4. Strong presentation skills in terms of articulating storyline and building effective PowerPoint presentations with compelling data visualization
  5. Strong track record in project management, planning, and implementation
  6. Mastery of planning, executing, and evaluation talent sourcing & recruitment marketing activities (in-person or virtual)
  7. Strategic and innovative mindset, high ability to focus, and high sense of urgency in delivering results
  8. Entrepreneurial, resilient and tenacious - able to lead a team in challenging situations
