Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: Approximately PHP 315
  • Paid Hours per Week: Minimum 20 hours per week, with potential for full-time
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible during client business hours, 9:00am - 5:00pm Broomfield, CO, Mountain Standard Time
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Create custom shoe designs based on client requests and brand guidelines
  • Produce multiple design options for each client request, typically three variations
  • Design supporting materials such as flyers and one-sheeters for the sales team
  • Work within existing templates and adapt designs to fit various shoe styles
  • Meet tight deadlines, often with a 24-hour turnaround time
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to understand and fulfill client needs
  • Maintain consistent design quality while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in product or fashion design
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to work within brand guidelines
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Portfolio demonstrating versatility in design styles (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
