Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 maintenance and support for the core ServiceNow platform in all in-scope environments, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure platform stability and reliability by monitoring system performance and performing routine health checks (monthly health scans, quarterly review and support for instance security hardening settings). Includes analysis of results and managing configurations to address findings.
• Development and support of ServiceNow integrations and build of Hardware Asset Management.
• Manage deployment of ServiceNow applications, development updates, and customizations across environments following the agreed Change Management process.
• Review and support of bi-annual upgrade, monthly patching, and installation/deployment of hotfixes as it becomes available from ServiceNow.
• Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow operations.
• Development of automation scripts and enhancements.
Good to have skills: Scripting, ServiceNow – Core Platform, ITSM, HAM
Good communication skills – able to articulate ideas with client
