As a Lead Generation Specialist at Hookhub you'll be an integral part of our mission to power and transform the RV parking industry. If you're passionate about RV (Van, Trailers and all others welcome too!) and driving revenue through innovative technology, we want you on our team.
In this position, you'll play a key role in driving our revenue growth by bringing new private land across North America onto our software platform. You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle—from the first touchpoint to closing the deal—in a fast-paced environment. This role will consist of identifying, qualifying, and attracting potential customers (leads) by researching market trends, developing targeted campaigns, and using various channels like email, social media, and cold calling to initiate contact and nurture interest in the company's products or services all while proudly representing the Hookhub brand.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to effectively manage a full lead pool, maintaining a healthy pipeline of deals at every stage. Staying organized and proactive will be essential to ensuring each opportunity gets the attention it deserves, helping you guide them all to a successful close. This will often be a consultative sale, where building strong relationships is key to closing deals, along with adapting to the prospect's level of technical and business acumen.
This role requires a curious and tenacious thinker who is dedicated to learning and deeply understanding the unique needs of private land owners seeking extra income.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation and relationship building: Identify and hunt cold prospects to generate leads and identify new business opportunities. Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media groups and networking, to engage potential clients.
- Pipeline development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients by proactively identifying decision-makers, understanding their needs, and qualifying opportunities for further engagement.
- Solution positioning: Understand customer needs and pain points to effectively present and position our software solution.
- Consultative selling: Lead a consultative sale by becoming an expert in both the RV industry and with the Hookhub platform/solution.
- Sales process: Diligently manage the leads at every stage of the close process with focused follow up and management of lead stages to ensure that we have full coverage of all opportunities.
- Market insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide insights to the sales team and leadership on emerging opportunities and challenges
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- CRM management: Utilize CRM software or Google Excel doc to track and manage sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. Provide regular updates on sales performance and contribute to sales forecasting.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS sales environment
- Has a strong understanding of some sales process and consistently uses a methodology to hit pipeline generation goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and persistent approach to sales
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: 20,000 to 30,000 PHP; Commissions eligible with OTE of 60,000 PHP
- Flexible and casual work environment
