ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Infinnum Inc., located in Pasig with the flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, employer branding, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill positions effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing, and employer branding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Experience hiring for the finance or consulting industry is a plus
