We are looking for a Junior Auditor to join our team and play an essential role in processing and expanding our RMA audit offerings. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within the company while contributing to the development of a trusted ecosystem within Web3.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of the Web3 space, and solid business knowledge to ensure the quality and integrity of our audits. You will assist in auditing projects from various sectors, including DeFi, exchanges, NFTs, and more, ensuring they meet the standards necessary to earn our RMA Badge.

• Assist with RMA Audits, ensuring organizations meet our rigorous credibility standards.
• Review and verify audit documentation, project submissions, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with the senior audit team to develop and enhance auditing procedures as we expand into new areas within the blockchain space.
• Conduct in-depth due diligence on Web3 projects, including assessments of team credibility, business models, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve the audit process and ensure consistent application of standards.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Web3, blockchain technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the industry.
• Support the expansion of our audit products into new verticals and industries.
• Help create detailed audit reports that communicate findings clearly and effectively to our clients and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in auditing, business analysis, compliance, or related roles.
• Strong interest and understanding of the Web3 space, including DeFi, smart contracts, NFTs, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies or issues in documentation and audit reports.
• Sound business knowledge with an understanding of project viability, team credibility, and legal considerations in the blockchain industry.
• Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to present audit findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to new auditing tools or methods.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO, CertiK, Hacken, etc.) is a plus.
