Job Description
Embark on an exciting journey as a Healthcare Recruitment Specialist, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of aged care services. This position offers a unique blend of healthcare industry knowledge and talent acquisition expertise. You’ll be instrumental in building a team of exceptional nurse practitioners and GPs who share our passion for elevating the standard of care in the aged care sector. Responsibilities
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm (Sydney, Australia time zone)
- With 30 min unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)

Responsibilities
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage potential nurse practitioners and GPs, as well using email and phone call follow-up of existing database candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation
- Use Hubspot and Employment Hero to track candidate progress and manage recruitment pipelines
- Collaborate with the business development team to align recruitment efforts with client needs
- Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or a related field
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media for recruitment purposes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of working in aged care
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM/ATS systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent presentation and professional manner
- Understanding of the Australian healthcare system and medical professional qualifications (preferred)
