Summary: We're seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong project management and operations capabilities to oversee the implementation and ongoing management of our professional services solutions and general operations. The ideal candidate will leverage Asana for project management, be excellent in client engagement with expertise in the financial services space, develop project reports and dashboards, ensure smooth service delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end service delivery projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using Asana
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to align service delivery with client needs
  • Design and implement project reporting systems and dashboards
  • Produce regular project status reports and present to stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely service implementation
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Manage risks and resolve issues that may impact service delivery
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high client satisfaction levels
  • Develop and maintain documentation for service delivery processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in service delivery
  • Proven experience with Asana for project management and collaboration
  • Strong business analysis skills with experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
  • Experience in developing project reports and designing intuitive dashboards
  • Skilled in data visualization and presentation of complex project information
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
  • Experience in change management and process improvement
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation
