PEOPLE SERVICE MANAGER

Location: Rockwell Sheridan, Mandaluyong

Shift: 7am-4pm, Mondays to Fridays

Arrangement: Onsite

About this role…

Manage a team of 100+ Team Members – Brings the WOW and makes it easy for our employees so that they can do meaningful and awesome work for our clients.

  • Main contact for at least 100 Team Members in production.
  • Own overall employee experience (LUNA Tickets, Engagement, eNPS, SAT scores, absenteeism).
  • Help outlier Team Members complete deliverables related to compliance, learning, performance reviews, etc.
  • Drive overall communications and manage MS Teams channels (Internal, stakeholders, team members).
  • Drive positive onboard and offboarding Team Member experience.
  • Provide assistance and leadership during crisis management for business continuity purposes.
  • Ensure policy compliance and showroom standards are practiced at all times.
  • Coordination and collaboration with support functions as needed.

About you…

2 – 6 years experience in:

  • Operations management as a front-line employee and supervisory role.
  • Team Lead experience in a BPO setting preferred
  • Employee engagement and experience.
  • Customer Service and Client Engagement.
  • Collaboration with support functions such as IT, Admin Services, Training, Facilities Management, etc.
  • Business Continuity.
  • Leading teams of 20 people or greater in operations.
  • Servant leader and leads by example.
  • Clear and compelling communicator. Able to bring people to a point of understanding easily.
  • Confident and credible, handles pressure, and is able to convey empathy.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and has a can-do attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Dream big and believe in achieving success through others. Wants to have a positive impact on the industry and really help people with their journey.
