Your Role:

The Brand Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that strengthen Ubiquity’s branding,

advertising, and internal communication efforts. This role focuses on producing cohesive designs for event promotion, news dissemination, and corporate messages while maintaining brand alignment across all channels. The Brand Designer will also design merchandise for Ubiquity, its affiliates, and corporate events, ensuring all

visual elements are consistent with Ubiquity’s brand standards. A foundational understanding of photography and

videography enables the Brand Designer to support multimedia projects as needed.

  • Create digital and print designs for advertising, internal and external communications, events, and company announcements.
  • Design branded merchandise for Ubiquity, affiliate programs, and events, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Follow Ubiquity’s and client brand guidelines rigorously, ensuring brand consistency and correct use of assets across all materials.
  • Provide occasional multimedia support with basic photography and videography skills as needed.
  • Adapt designs for multiple platforms and media to maximize visibility and engagement across various channels.

Qualifications Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in brand design, especially in creating digital and print content for corporate or agency settings.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in brand-compliant designs across multiple media.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, HR, Recruitment) and adapting creative deliverables to align with strategic goals and brand guidelines.

Qualifications Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Design, Visual Communication, Photography and Filmmaking, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Continuous learning in digital content creation and visual storytelling is highly valued.
  • Relevant certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, print or digital design is highly valued.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Conversational English proficiency to effectively communicate with colleagues across US, LATAM, and Philippines regions.
  • Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), focused on producing brand-aligned designs for print, digital media, and merchandise.
  • Strong grasp of graphic design principles, ensuring visual consistency across diverse platforms like advertisements, social media, print and digital visual communications .
  • Basic knowledge of photography and photo-editing, including familiarity with lighting and composition for occasional support of multimedia content.
  • Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while upholding brand standards.
  • Attention to detail and adaptability to ensure designs align precisely with brand guidelines across varied formats and mediums.
  • Other Preferred Requirements
  • Understanding of basic animation and motion graphics for added visual interest in digital designs (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with digital design tools like Figma to ensure cohesive visual representation across digital assets (preferred but not required).

External Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in brand design, especially in creating digital and print content for corporate or agency settings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience in brand-focused graphic design, especially in creating print and digital content for advertising, corporate communications, and merchandise.
  • Proven project management skills to develop and complete design projects from concept to execution, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Compliance awareness: Familiarity with licensing and usage rights for digital assets, stock images, and fonts to ensure content creation adheres to legal and brand guidelines.
