We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Accounts Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and building relationships with key accounts in the supermarket segment.
What you will be doing:
- Manage and maintain existing relationships with key accounts in the supermarket segment to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and target potential merchants in the key segment to drive new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for new business, create compelling value propositions tailored to merchants, and improve overall customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial services and products.
- Drive customer success and satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and feedback.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales performance, and account activity.
- Travel to key accounts and attend merchant events as needed to build relationships and expand our presence in the market.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of fintech solutions in the supermarket industry.
What we are looking for:
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build customer trust at all levels
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver product presentations and demonstrations to merchants
- Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software, with experience in tracking customer interactions and sales performance
- Willingness to travel and do field work as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience and strong understanding of the fintech and supermarket industries is preferred, but not required.
