About This Role
Circles is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who possesses superior analytical skills, energy, drive and attention to details. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a forward thinking mindset, ability and confidence to challenge the status quo to define future visions.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, your role is critical in moving the recruitment process forward. You will also coordinate new executive on-boarding and communications as well as project management and reporting as required.

About This Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, your role is critical in moving the recruitment process forward. You will also coordinate new executive on-boarding and communications as well as project management and reporting as required.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include:
- Be a key contributing member to our growing People & Culture team
- Manage all important candidate experience touch points from scheduling to handling interviews both online or onsite
- Deliver a seamless, positive experience for all candidates
- Manage candidate experience throughout the Circles hiring process, including administering tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
- Communicate professionally with our candidates and employees, managing confidentiality at all times
- Host high-profile candidates, providing the best candidate experience possible
- Take consultative approach with hiring managers to discover business needs in order to define role requirements and specific job objectives
- Work closely with our recruiters to come up with fun and creative ways to acquire talent and streamline our processes
- Creatively develop and advertise job descriptions on various career websites
- Support team members with business presentations and reporting
- Maintain timely and accurate updating in all our applicant tracking systems
- Passionate about Technology, Disruptive models, Organisational Culture, and Talent Management.
- Minimum 2 years’ of experience
- Diploma/Certification in HR, Psychology, Business or equivalent
- Strong team player; able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues
- Strong communication skills
- Staunch believer in continuous self-improvement, leading with empathy, compassion and team-work
