Who you are

You are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for project coordination in a SaaS or tech-driven environment. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings, supporting Project Managers by ensuring smooth execution of tasks, tracking progress, and keeping stakeholders informed. With strong communication skills and a proactive mindset, you excel at juggling multiple priorities, maintaining accurate project documentation, and ensuring teams stay aligned.

What you will do

  • Assist the Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and deliverables.
  • Help identify potential project risks and contribute to developing effective mitigation strategies
  • Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
  • Support client onboarding by coordinating training sessions and gathering initial requirements.
  • Address minor client concerns and escalate complex issues to the Project Manager
  • Organize and schedule project meetings, ensuring key stakeholders are informed and prepared
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other project-related materials.
  • Generate status reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements
What you'll need

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination role within a similar environment, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize, coordinate multiple tasks, and maintain structured workflows in a dynamic environment
  • Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenges
Some 'nice to haves'

  • Experience in WFM, payroll, or CRM software, alongside MS SQL, is highly regarded.
