WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Content Marketing
- Create, assist, and maintain marketing content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and consistent with the company's brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement and data analytics.
- Manage all Sales related presentations and content.
- Assist in creating visual concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements (online / print).
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Assist in managing the company's social media accounts (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.), engaging with the audience, and maintaining a content calendar.
- Assist in optimizing website content, landing pages, and user experience.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Handle event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration.
- Work with the marketing project coordinator to ensure all event materials and resources are prepared and delivered on time.
- Work with the Sales team in finding and scheduling meetings with leads during the event.
- Collaborate with the graphic design personnel to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and other visual assets.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing collateral and channels.
- Assist in developing brand awareness campaigns to enhance the company's brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement materials, such as product sheets and presentations.
- Assist in the development of sales campaigns and promotions to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data and provide insights to guide marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry news and emerging trends to recommend innovative marketing approaches.
- Conduct competitor analysis.
- Work with external vendors (Payreto contractors) in making sure that all marketing initiatives are working properly.
- Assist in other ad-hoc topics and projects in business development.
- Perform other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor/manager.
- Recommend and proactively implement opportunities for increased departmental efficiency.
- Extend work hours when needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field.
- Content Writing and Marketing, Market Research and Strategy, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing (SEO, Lead Generation), and/or B2B Marketing.
- 1-3 years experience in Marketing (Content Marketing, Content Writing, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing (SEO, Lead Generation) and/or B2B Marketing, Market Research).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Can understand the complexity of the financial services industry.
