JOB PURPOSE:

  • Responsible for developing strategies and plans for a portfolio of brands to ensure that Green Cross, Inc.’s products will be the brand of choice among consumers, thus contributing to sustainable company growth.

JOB SCOPE:

  • Plans, develops and directs marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of assigned brands with the objective of building brand equity and increasing sales.
  • Total management of end-to-end brand marketing process, from product idea generation/ evaluation to actual market introduction, as well as brand maintenance.
  • Spearheads cross-functional coordination with third-party agencies and support/task force groups in implementing brand initiatives
  • Undertakes research and analysis for consumer understanding and utilizes information to develop marketing strategies to achieve category goals
  • Total management of brand-related resources, while maximizing execution, given available budgets

QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate of any business-related course, preferably Marketing or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience focused on new product development, marketing, and advertising, preferably in the FMCG manufacturing industry
  • Exposure to the following functions:
  • Marketing strategy development
  • Project management
  • Market research and consumer behavior
  • Branding and positioning
  • New product development
  • Marketing communication
