We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant (Business Support) to support our client's team in driving new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. This role will be instrumental in managing sales pipelines, booking meetings, and assisting senior executives with various tasks.
Qualifications
- Any bachelor's degree
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, and similar roles
- Experience with a CRM is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and facilitate revenue-generating deals from new (NfN) and existing (NfE) customers.
- Work closely with the client to fill his calendar with client meetings.
- Leverage the database to enhance client and prospect engagement.
- Present value-add insights to contacts between meetings.
- Maintain proactive communication with the client database through outbound calls, emails, and SMS.
- Follow up on BD meeting actions to ensure the client is perceived as proactive and responsive.
- Accurately maintain client's CRM with detailed records of client interactions.
- Process voice messages and other inputs from clients to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide executive support to executives as needed.
- Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.

This role is subject to a number of skills and practical tests.
This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
