Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst.

What Are The Duties And Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Coordinate and consolidate financial data from various subsidiaries and business units.
  • Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and ratio analysis, to provide insights into financial performance.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to support audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and interpret financial regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
  • Provide support to other financial analysts and other team members.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between finance teams and various business units to ensure cohesive, consistent, and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

What Are The Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on consolidated financial reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
