Drive strategic solution, framework, and action plan to maximize effectiveness and efficiency for advocacy & affiliates touchpoints & platforms across divisions via



You Are Expected To Manage The Following

  • Measuring and tracking performance and KPIs
  • Understanding comprehensive social, advocacy, & affiliates landscape and competitive environment
  • Piloting and governing key initiatives to build more productive systems/processes to drive market share; lead in optimizing existing advocacy & affiliate operations & fundamentals
  • Directly managing relationships with top influencers & affiliates to maximize brand partnerships
  • Driving the digital transformation agenda in collaboration with multiple stakeholders

Thought Leadership

  • Have a solid level of understanding & experience on social commerce & Beauty category and its consumers
  • Continuously assess competitive advocacy landscape changes to ensure that L’Oréal stays ahead with speed and agility
  • Strong and comprehensive knowledge and expertise in social media & advocacy strategies, frameworks, and bringing these to life in a data-driven way
  • Illustrate strong understanding in social & advocacy ecosystem & tools, including creator-led livestreaming, content creation, performance measurement
  • Bring innovation and is always in the forefront of new media frontiers and experimentation

Ownership

  • Manage the coordination of KOL/affiliate/content effectiveness studies with internal and external parties
  • Defining metrics in alignment with strategic business goals
  • Work to uncover more visibility in Share of Investment, Influence, Engagements, Views, Activated Affiliates, attribution models
  • Provide a business view of competitive monitoring on a regular basis across key divisions
  • Driving the agenda for Advocacy, Influencers, and Affiliates, including providing support and guidelines for Influencer/Affiliate Agency Pitching (as needed)
  • Drive country-led advocacy innovation projects/pilots with local stakeholders to deliver specific learnings and outcome that can be replicated to other brands & categories

Governance, Stewardship and Collaboration

  • Control relationship with external partners (including advocacy influencer management agencies, PR agencies, MCNs, social agencies, affiliate management agencies, etc.) by regularly evaluating their performance and collecting market feedback to bring the best outcome from the relationship
  • Directly manage relationships with top/VIP influencers/affiliates to maximize partnership value with L’Oréal
  • Manage relationships with key platform partners to give L’Oréal the competitive & preferred advantage (advance pilots, best-in-class learning sharing, etc.)
  • Manage KOL & Affiliate management & performance tracking systems and lead the process simplification & automation
  • Enforce key governance areas (e.g. music rights, influencer values matching)
  • Work with finance team, marketing team, digital team, consumer & market insights and external media & digital agencies

Upskilling

  • Educate and promote advocacy best practices across divisions & brands to transform and upskill their media and digital knowledge
  • Stay in contact with zone to provide the best support resolving country specific issues & nourish country teams of best practice

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience 2-year background in social commerce, influencer marketing, or social media marketing with a minimum
  • Content native, obsessed with trends, and the latest in social and e-commerce, familiar with Philippine e-commerce platforms
  • Knack for project management, and comfortable navigating new & evolving channels
  • Experience with Tiktok Shop and/or Shopee affiliates, influencer management
  • In depth experience with people, stakeholder management
  • Competitive problem-solver, with a creative eye but a heart for numbers
  • Good to have
  • Traditional PR or media or eventing background or agency experience in advertising or social commerce, or B2B or affiliate sales background
  • Background in influencer industry norms i.e. contracting, usage rights, fees & payments
