We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with at least 5 years of experience in Marketing or within an Advertising Agency. This role involves managing relationships with clients, sourcing new accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver successful advertising campaigns, with a special focus on Billboard (OOH) and Special Execution Advertising. You will be expected to maintain and build lasting relationships with clients while ensuring that their advertising needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client servicing and ensure satisfaction through excellent communication and delivery.
- Source and acquire new client accounts to grow the agency’s portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and executed effectively.
- Stay updated with trends and market demands in both traditional and non-traditional advertising, offering creative solutions to meet client needs.
- Oversee the development and execution of OOH (Billboard) and Special Execution advertising strategies.
- Serve as the point of contact for key clients and offer timely updates on campaign progress.
- Handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and managing expectations.
- Establish a strategic approach for client retention, ensuring continued success and growth in account portfolios.
Qualifications:
- Preferably has a prior experience working in a Marketing Agency.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing or Advertising Agency roles, preferably in an Account Management capacity.
- Skilled in Billboard (OOH) advertising and/or Special Execution campaigns.
- Prior experience with both traditional and non-traditional advertising methods is a plus.
- Strong client-facing experience with a proven ability to maintain and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Established relationships with previous clients are highly preferred.
