Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Gather and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for business strategies.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and client feedback.
  • Support the development and maintenance of relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree of any course.
  • Experience in Business Development or a related field, such as sales, marketing, or market research.
  • Background in Marketing Research, including qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, market analysis, and reporting to drive business strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis), CRM software, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, ensuring timely completion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in building relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus.
  • Advance knowledge in creating PowerPoint presentation or any similar tools being used for presentation is preferred.
  • Basic skills in graphic design can be an advantage for creating marketing materials is a plus.
