  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will work directly with Softchoice’s business teams and stakeholders to promote consistency, quality, integrity, and standardization of customer-facing data on our Softchoice SAM+ Hub. You will provide white-glove data updates for our strategic account base.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and ensure the integrity of customer-facing data within our systems and update customer data to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Perform data updates and maintenance with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to ensure data consistency and quality using various data sources.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date statuses on data requests and incidents.
  • Participate in the development and documentation of data maintenance processes.

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Experience in data collection and manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience working with data in ERP systems such as SAP.
  • 2+ years of related experience in data management.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Open to working Monday to Friday, EST
  • Open to working in a remote/work-from-home setup
