What You'll Do
As our HR Manager (Onboarding), you will:
Lead and Oversee the Onboarding Process: Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding strategy that ensures a smooth, engaging, and effective transition for new hires.
Optimize Onboarding Workflows: Identify gaps, implement improvements, and ensure best practices are followed to enhance the onboarding experience.
Develop Onboarding Materials: Create and maintain company handbooks, training resources, welcome kits, and digital guides to support new hires.
Facilitate Orientation Sessions: Conduct virtual onboarding sessions that introduce new employees to company culture, policies, and expectations.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Align onboarding programs with department-specific training and performance goals.
Ensure Compliance and Documentation: Oversee pre-employment checks, contract signings, policy acknowledgments, and all onboarding paperwork.
Track and Measure Success: Use feedback and analytics to continuously improve the onboarding experience and enhance employee retention.
Coach and Support New Hires: Act as a trusted advisor to ensure employees feel confident and engaged from day one.
Lead a Small HR Team: Manage onboarding coordinators or HR assistants, providing guidance and support where needed.
What We Are Looking For
3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding, employee engagement, or talent management.
Strong leadership and project management skills: you should be able to oversee multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities: you'll be working closely with leadership, HR teams, and new hires.
