We’ve trained professionals at companies like Google, Salesforce, Visa, and JP Morgan, equipping them with the skills to engage and inspire audiences.
We are now looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to support the CEO with administrative tasks, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
Role Description
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can take ownership of tasks without constant supervision. You’ll handle email and calendar management, content scheduling, basic bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.
This is a fully remote, flexible position, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and wants to be part of a growing, mission-driven company.
Responsibilities
Email & Calendar Management:
• Monitor and manage the CEO’s inbox, flagging important messages and drafting responses.
• Schedule meetings, manage appointments, and coordinate calendar availability.
• Proactively plan and organize the CEO’s schedule to maximize efficiency.
Social Media & Content Scheduling:
• Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms.
• Ensure content is posted on time and aligned with the brand’s messaging.
• Assist in light content formatting or repurposing when needed.
Administrative Support:
• Coordinate with external partners, clients, or vendors as needed.
• Prepare basic reports and track key tasks.
Bookkeeping & Payments:
• Assist with basic invoicing, expense tracking, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure financial records are updated and organized.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs without constant supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using tools like Google Workspace
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admin support, virtual assistance, or a similar role
