  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

A Recruitment Firm is looking to hire a Recruitment Delivery Manager. This is a hands-on position and is expected to recruit whilst managing team delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Oversee Recruitment Team Delivery.
  • Coach, Manage, and Monitor Team Members Performance and KPIs.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management.
  • Resource/Requirements Allocation.
  • Align with Sales on current market trends and capabilities.
  • Recruitment Process Improvement.
  • End to End Recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in End to End Recruitment
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a team
  • Experience working in a Recruitment Firm is a MUST
  • Familiarity in a plethora of roles like: IT, Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, Audit, etc.

Work Setup:

  • 95% Remote (must be open to client visits if necessary and/or if there is a team/company meeting)
  • Morning Shift: 9am - 6pm
