The Executive Assistant & Office Administrator will provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior management while ensuring the efficient operation of the office. Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior management.

- Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes-taking.
Office Administration:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and procurement processes.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and IT support requests.
- Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordination & Support:
- Process expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for reference.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
