  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Experienced Legal Recruiter (U.S. Law Firm Focus)

Location: Remote - Night Shift

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Legal Recruiter with experience in recruiting for law firms and a deep understanding of the U.S. legal market. This role will involve identifying paralegals, and other legal professionals, building relationships with law firms, and helping clients find the right talent to support their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sourcing for legal positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to submitting top candidates daily and following up with them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, understanding their unique needs and helping them source top legal talent.
  • Identify and proactively recruit legal professionals through a variety of channels, including job boards, active and passive sourcing, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Recruiter, within a law firm environment directly or through a staffing company.
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. legal industry, including an understanding of legal roles, practices, and recruitment trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and place legal talent at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and engaging communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with professional candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
