What You'll Do

  • Channel Development & Expansion
    • Identify, onboard, and manage offline retail partners (e.g., supermarkets, drugstores, department stores).
    • Develop tailored strategies for each channel to drive sales growth and brand awareness.



  • Account Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all channel partners, ensuring strong and collaborative relationships.
    • Monitor channel partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.



  • Sales & Revenue Growth
    • Achieve sales targets by optimizing product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional activities within each channel.
    • Work closely with internal teams (planning, marketing, operations, and finance) to support campaigns and ensure smooth operations.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.



  • Offline Retail Partnerships
    • Develop and manage in-store merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales in physical retail outlets.
    • Work with retail partners to execute joint marketing initiatives, such as events, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
    • Ensure timely delivery of inventory and monitor stock levels across retail locations.



  • Reporting & Strategy
    • Provide regular updates and reports on channel performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement long-term channel strategies aligned with beans overall business objectives.
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform channel strategy.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, channel sales, or e-commerce operations, preferably in consumer goods or the baby/parenting sector.
  • Proven success in managing online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) and/or offline retail accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati
