  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As the Sr. Digital Product Quality Engineer, you’ll have the chance to execute testing related to IT products, processes and equipment to ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies, procedures, and specifications. This role executes test plans and documents related test results, contributing to the creation of high quality products and continuous improvement. The candidate must be analytical, detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and successfully collaborate with others in the organization.

Principle Responsibilities

The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job, but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.

• Tests products and processes to establish functionality and effectiveness.

• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.

• Program, execute and analyze automated test scripts.

• Identify any potential problems that users might encounter and identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing working collaboratively with the development team.

• Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality.

• Determine what modifications and/or improvements are needed after testing.

• Assist in the creation and estimation of user stories ensuring they are testable.

• Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes.

• Develops, plans, and executes change implementation.

• Authors documentation of applications including test results and observations after inspections and audits.

• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.

• Experience working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams with a delivery focus in both project and operational environments.

• Ability to manage own time and work effectively to meet deadlines.

• Ability to write clear and concise text for different audiences.

• Understanding of a complex technical Internet environment.

• Testing on a variety of platforms including the latest browsers and mobile devices.
