Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Talent Source to join our international recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. This role involves collaborating with team members to efficiently drive requisitions to completion while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactive Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Employ advanced sourcing techniques such as X-ray and Boolean searches to find passive candidates.


Screening and Candidate Management:

  • Screen active candidates and manage their progression in the applicant tracking system (ATS), SuccessFactors, in a timely manner.
  • Conduct telephone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability and interest.


Talent Pool and CRM Management:

  • Build and maintain talent pools within the candidate relationship management (CRM) tool.
  • Create and manage candidate projects within LinkedIn to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.


Collaboration and Process Efficiency:

  • Collaborate with recruitment team members to drive requisitions to completion.
  • Work towards meeting SLAs and KPIs related to speed, quality, cost, and customer experience.


Candidate Communication:

  • Maintain effective and regular communications with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.


Market Research and Strategy:

  • Create market maps to support sourcing strategies and provide insights into talent availability and industry trends.


Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably as a talent sourcer or recruiter.
  • Experience in recruiting for financial services and investment banking sectors is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms for candidate identification and engagement.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, specifically SuccessFactors.
  • Strong skills in Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on candidate experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Understanding of SLAs and KPIs related to recruitment processes.
