Marketing Operations Consultant - Eloqua
This is the ideal role for a high caliber Eloqua professional with significant success in project management and fulfillment who is looking to join a growing marketing services and consulting business. As a Marketing Operations Consultant, you will be overseeing the creation and successful implementation of multiple projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
In this role, you will be managing complex marketing automation projects, designing and implementing workflow projects in Eloqua, and coordinating activities with internal and customer resources. The Marketing Operations Consultant will be the subject matter expert on marketing technology best practices and methodologies for the clients they support.
- Account Management: work with clients to manage their needs and expectations.
- Project Management: ability to track timelines and due dates for deliverables, reviews and approvals for campaign launches.
- Understand, customize and implement marketing operations processes, to include project requirements, tracking, budgeting and quality control
- Project Reporting: Be able to present results in context to the client’s goals and suggest areas of improvement at various schedules
- Client communication: work directly with client to ensure project completion and performance meet their standards and SLAs
Qualifications
- 3+ years Oracle Eloqua experience required (Marketo experience also a plus)
- Background in marketing or related fields
- Understanding of marketing automation best practices and industry trends
- Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign deployment
- 5+ years project management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to build relationships with customers
- Proven ability to manage large multinational clients successfully
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proactive self-starter
- Knowledge of 1 or more CRM platforms preferred
