About the role

As the Global Operations Manager at goFLUENT Philippines, Inc., you will oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our global customer service and support teams. This full-time position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, and offers the opportunity to work for a dynamic and innovative company that is transforming the way businesses communicate across borders.

What will you do

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage a diverse team of trainers worldwide, ensuring high-quality lesson delivery on a large scale.
  • Drive Performance: Oversee KPIs, provide ongoing feedback, and implement performance improvement plans to help trainers reach their potential.
  • Build the Team: Lead recruitment and hiring initiatives to bring in the best talent from around the world.
  • Ensure Compliance & Excellence: Monitor and maintain trainer standards, ensuring consistency in lesson quality and adherence to internal policies.
  • Collaborate & Problem-Solve: Coordinate with internal teams to address issues as they arise, keeping operations running smoothly.
  • Review & Grow: Conduct quarterly performance evaluations and create development pathways for your trainers.

What you will need

  • 3-5 Years of Managerial Experience: You’re a seasoned leader ready to motivate and guide a global team.
  • Bilingual Fluency in English: You communicate effortlessly and adapt to diverse cultures.
  • Strong Communication & Leadership Skills: You're skilled at fostering team spirit, even from afar.
  • Adaptability & Multitasking: Thrive under changing priorities and stay cool under pressure.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in teaching or multicultural work environments is a plus.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
