THE ROLE
- Coordinating travel arrangements both for employees and consultants in the project
- Focal point for arranging hotel accommodation, venue booking and reservation arrangements for project team, contractors, and consultants
- Corporate Credit Card liquidation and processing as may be required by the team.
- General administration support for team building, socials/townhalls, workshop events arrangements
- Invoice and payment processing for manpower related payment, lease payment, etc.
- Printing and photocopying documents as directed by project team
- Office stationery supply inventory and management
THE INDIVIDUAL
- At least 5 years' experience as administrative assistant, or in a similar role
- Able to handle small projects from start to finish
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong command over MS Office suite of products including Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and experience in data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Open to working onsite from Monday to Friday
