THE ROLE

  • Coordinating travel arrangements both for employees and consultants in the project
  • Focal point for arranging hotel accommodation, venue booking and reservation arrangements for project team, contractors, and consultants
  • Corporate Credit Card liquidation and processing as may be required by the team.
  • General administration support for team building, socials/townhalls, workshop events arrangements
  • Invoice and payment processing for manpower related payment, lease payment, etc.
  • Printing and photocopying documents as directed by project team
  • Office stationery supply inventory and management

THE INDIVIDUAL

  • At least 5 years' experience as administrative assistant, or in a similar role
  • Able to handle small projects from start to finish
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong command over MS Office suite of products including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and experience in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Open to working onsite from Monday to Friday

**Contract duration is one year
