Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Research Expertise: They should be skilled at digging into various data sources, including market research, competitive analysis, customer behavior data, and digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Problem-Solving: The ability to identify gaps in data or insights and proactively seek solutions to enhance the value of the information they provide.
- Communication Skills: After organizing and analyzing data, they should be able to present findings in a clear and actionable way to stakeholders, whether through reports, presentations, or data visualization.
- Adaptability: Given that sales and marketing trends evolve quickly, they should be adaptable and willing to learn new tools or methods to stay ahead.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration, or any field relevant to data and marketing.
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in a similar role (e.g., marketing analytics, sales operations, or business intelligence).
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and interpreting data for sales and marketing strategies.
2. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Data tools: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Analytics platforms: Google Analytics, social media insights (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Analytics).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying is desirable.
